We are looking for a full-time chef for the Goat Shed Guesthouse, working the shift pattern of a short and long week.

Your job description would include cooperating in preparing the standard menu and creating the day menus. We concentrate on mostly Czech and Old-Czech cuisine, cooked ready dishes and meals to order. The restaurant capacity is about 60 people.

Kitchen equipment

•  Frima cooking centre, holdomat, combi oven, dishwasher, etc.
